If the Customer does not receive an order confirmation, they must contact Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury within 24 hours by email [email protected]

Payment for the order is made online on the website when the order is placed, using the payment methods provided.

  • Acceptance. Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU may, at its sole discretion, accept Bitcoin (BTC) or other cryptocurrencies as payment for goods or services. If you elect to pay with Bitcoin, you must send payment to the wallet address provided by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU. You are solely responsible for entering and verifying the correct destination address and network before initiating any cryptocurrency transfer.
  • Irreversibility and Finality. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Once a transfer is included in the blockchain and confirmed according to the number of confirmations specified by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU, the transaction is final. Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU has no capability to cancel, reverse, or recover funds sent to the wrong address or sent in error.
  • Exchange Rate and Payment Amount. Network congestion or low fees may cause significant confirmation delays; Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU is not responsible for any delay, increased fees, or adverse effects resulting from network congestion, mempool conditions, or other blockchain-related issues.
  • Wrong Address or Wrong Network. If you send cryptocurrency to an incorrect address, or send a cryptocurrency on an incompatible network (for example, sending a non-Bitcoin asset to a Bitcoin address, or using the wrong token standard), Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU is not responsible for any loss or inability to retrieve such funds.
  • No Chargebacks. Cryptocurrency payments are not subject to chargebacks. Once a valid payment is confirmed to the wallet address above and accepted by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU, it will be treated as final payment for the related order or service.
  • Tax, Compliance, and Legal Risk. You are solely responsible for all tax-related obligations associated with your cryptocurrency transactions, including declaring capital gains or other taxable events in your jurisdiction. You also bear all regulatory and legal risks associated with receiving, holding, or transferring cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.   • Security and Wallet Custody. You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and any credentials needed to initiate a transfer.   • Right to Refuse or Cancel. Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend acceptance of cryptocurrency payments at any time, for any reason, and to require payment by alternative methods. Orders will only be fulfilled after Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU has received and accepted the required number of blockchain confirmations.
  • Acknowledgment. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described above and that you bear sole responsibility for ensuring the correct execution of the transfer to the wallet address provided.



2.8 Refunds & Chargebacks


Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU will appear on your bank account under the name « Tlinassiaa Spiritual ».

All application forms, services, arts, works (portals, activations, mentorships, lives, ceremonies, audios, videos, texts, vibrations, retreats, events, groups, circles,  courses, digital products, conferences, and all that is sold on this website) purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted. Due to their online digital nature with instant access, the Customer’s 14-day withdrawal period won’t be applicable.

Group portals like The Goddess Circle are non-refundable even if you can’t attend the sessions for any reason.
Self led activations are non-refundable.
Retreats are non-refundable even if you can’t attend the retreats for any reason.
Events are non-refundable even if you can’t attend the events for any reason.

You may be held responsible for any administrative and legal fees resulted in obtaining payment. 2.9 Provision of services

Services booked by the Customer will be set up in accordance with the date indicated for the start of the service. If this date cannot be met, Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury will offer the customer another solution (postponement).

Therefore, they won’t be refundable and the Customer’s 14-day withdrawal period won’t be applicable.


2.10 Termination 

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU may, at any time, terminate any application forms, services, arts, works (portals, activations, mentorships, lives, ceremonies, audios, videos, texts, vibrations, retreats, events, groups, circles,  courses, digital products, conferences, and all that is sold on this website), or any part thereof, including revoking access to any application forms, services, arts, works (portals, activations, mentorships, lives, ceremonies, audios, videos, texts, vibrations, retreats, events, groups, circles,  courses, digital products, conferences, and all that is sold on this website) previously purchased,  if you breach any of the terms and conditions or any agreement. If any agreement is terminated for cause, Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU shall have no payment obligation to you. Moreover, there will be no reimbursement of payments you already made and, in the event a payment plan was agreed upon, you will remain liable for the full payment.


2.11 In person activations/events 

If in person, Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU might make Tlinassita travel alone or with 1 or 2 people, depending on the work. Please take care of:

    •    Flights (Business Class minimum).

    •    High Quality Nourishment.

    •    High Quality Housing 


For everyone implied.

Please note that Tlinassita moves only when cosmic alignments and divine timings are aligned.


⚜️ Tlinassita Sacred Boundaries – Please Read Before Booking an In Person activation ⚜️

 

All 1:1 activations are sacred spiritual containers. These spaces are reserved for those ready to meet Tlinassita — and themselves — in the highest frequency of sacred respect, divine remembrance, and soul presence.

It is not a space for physical intimacy. 

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU reserve the right to reject any application that does not feel aligned in purity, integrity, and vibration.


Tlinassita does not travel by helicopter.

Tlinassita does not work in chaotic energy/places.

Tlinassita does not engage in thrill-seeking or high-adrenaline activities such as skydiving or anything similar, her frequency is activated through stillness.



2.12  Postponement, cancellation and modification of an 1:1 appointment


  • For all 1:1 bookings: A registration may be cancelled provided that the registered person contacts Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU by email at [email protected] 1 week before the scheduled date of the 1st session. Any cancellation requests made after this deadline cannot be taken into account. In this case, the payment will remain with Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury.
  • In the event of a request for cancellation of registration by the Customer, in accordance with the above conditions, Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury will refund the sums paid by the Customer, free of charge, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the cancellation request. This refund will be made by any means of payment.


  • For all orders of application forms, services, arts, works (portals, activations, mentorships, lives, ceremonies, audios, videos, texts, vibrations, retreats, events, groups, circles,  courses, digital products, conferences, and all that is sold on this website that is not a 1:1 service) The Customer may no longer cancel their order once they have made their payment. Their order won’t be refundable.


2.13 Results, Liability and Insurance

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU is responsible for the proper management of its works. However, its obligation is an obligation of means and not of results. Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU makes NO promises of any kind of results to the Customer. 

Results depend on the Customer’s personal work and frequency.

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU does not promise money gain, marriage, meeting the love of your life, miraculous healing, nor can it guarantee the resolution of legal, physical, or emotional issues.

This spiritual art is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU certifies that it has taken out professional liability and business insurance with an insurance company established in France, covering the financial consequences of its professional liability for any damage or harm that may be caused to the Customer or any third party in the course of providing its services. It undertakes to maintain this insurance in force for the entire duration of its commitments.

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU cannot be held responsible for indirect damages from works use.



2.14 Emergency/Force majeure

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU cannot be held liable to the Customer in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of emergency or force majeure. In addition to those usually recognised by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals, the following are considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, without this list being restrictive: uncontrolled spiritual transformation, unplanned spiritual retreat, uncontrolled spiritual attacks, channeled recommendation, pregnancy, internal or external strikes or social conflicts, natural disasters, fires, interruption of telecommunications, interruption of energy supply, interruption of communications, interruption of the internet network or transport of any kind, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury.


2.15 Protection of personal data, information technology and freedoms

Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU informs the Customer that personal data concerning them is collected and processed for the purpose of improving the offers proposed.

The personal data concerning the Customer is necessary for the processing of their request and is intended for internal use by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU. This personal data is necessary for the management, security and validation of the Customer's online request. This data is also necessary for sending Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU's commercial offers. 

In accordance with Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose the use of their personal data at any time by sending a request directly to Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU by email at [email protected]

ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE INTERPRETATION AND EXECUTION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE IS SUBJECT TO FRENCH LAW. ANY DISPUTES TO WHICH THIS CONTRACT MAY GIVE RISE, CONCERNING ITS VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, EXECUTION, TERMINATION, CONSEQUENCES AND FOLLOW-UP, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE COMPETENT COURTS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF COMMON LAW.

The Customer agrees that their review and name may be cited by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU as a Customer of its offers, at Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU's expense. Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU is thus authorised to mention the Customer's first name and to share or mention the Customer's opinion of their experience of the offers proposed by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU. These mentions may be made by Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury SASU on this website, on its official social networks, as well as in the event of legal, regulatory or accounting provisions requiring it.

In the event of a Force Majeure situation, sessions may be rescheduled, postponed, or adapted, without giving rise to cancellation or refund.


2.23 Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content shared on this website, including but not limited to:

    •    live transmissions

    •    replays

    •    videos

    •    audios

    •    written materials

    •    teachings

    •    activations

    •    ceremonies

    •    proprietary methods

    •    templates

    •    exercises

    •    codes and channeled messages

    •    private community posts

    •    Telegram group content

    •    group conversations

    •    screenshots, images, or recordings of any kind

is the exclusive intellectual property of Tlinassiaa Spiritual Luxury and is provided solely for the Client’s personal use within the duration of her/his membership.


The Client agrees to the following:

1. No Sharing

Content may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded, forwarded, screen-recorded, copied, duplicated, or transmitted to any third party under any circumstances.


2. No Public Use

Content may not be used in public spaces, online or offline, including but not limited to:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites, blogs, messaging apps, or any other platform.


3. No Commercial Use

The Client may not reproduce, teach, sell, resell, reinterpret, or integrate any part of the material, transmissions, activations, teachings, or proprietary methods into her own services or business content, except if the client is part of the affiliate program.


4. No Recording

Recording, screen-capture, or audio capture of live sessions, private activations, group calls, Telegram discussions, or any Circle-related space is strictly prohibited.


5. Confidentiality Within the portals

All personal information, shares, transmissions, and conversations within the group and private containers are strictly confidential.

The Client agrees never to disclose names, identities, stories, or experiences of other participants or Tlinassita.


6. Breach of Agreement

Any violation of these terms constitutes a breach of contract and may result in:

    •    immediate removal from the portals without refund

    •    legal action for damages and intellectual property infringement

    •    permanent ban from all future programs, offerings, and spaces
